However, the reality is quite different.
International students are required to pay:

USD 1,500 as a one-time registration fee (paid only in the first academic year)

USD 5,000 per year for the Bachelor’s degree

USD 5,500 per year for postgraduate studies
(Diploma, Master’s, and PhD)

Admission Requirements for International Students
To study at the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, international students must meet the following requirements:

The student must not hold Egyptian nationality.

A valid passport is required.

For the Bachelor’s degree, the student must hold a General Secondary Certificate or equivalent.

For the Master’s degree, the student must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least a “Pass” grade from a university recognized by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities.

For the PhD degree, the student must hold a Master’s degree with at least a “Pass” grade from a university recognized by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities.

All official documents must be also submitted between May and December.
